I have been fascinated by birds and nature from a very young age. My parents are avid travellers and my summers as a child were spent in nature throughout Canada and United States.
As an adult I have continued travelling around the world. My experiences on these trips inspired me to take up photography.
On a trip to Costa Rica I was amazed by the beauty and variety of hummingbirds. I wanted to try to capture these marvels of nature and share them with others.
I hope that my images convey the essence and beauty of nature.
